Well my master hatter woman here has recently been calling more and more on the old man that she says knows nothing about making hats. Steve we are on the third try for your hats. I took the second body that she savagely treated and flipped it and made it to my size and will likely make me a bowler out of it some day unless one else wants a 7 5/8 LO or smaller grey bowler before I get to it as a discount price.

She did not hurt the body in terms of it actually making it less lasting or such but did dig in a few places that made me flip them to the inside. They get covered by the sweat band and liner but I can ship it as first quality so we blocked another and now today it was pounce and she saw all the stiffener and screamed for me... saying it was surely ruined. Well I think I have sank the stiffener in it properly for her and if not I will work it some more.

Anyways she should have diluted the stiffener and soaked it a few times but she has to learn these things and swears this will be the last bowler she makes!

I think it will work out more than fine in the end. It is getting quite hard already now without steam activation and should be a true hard shell proper bowler when done.

Anyways wish to tell you we had not forgot you and are on it.
