Perfect "coffee roasting" weather!
I LOVE the weather this time of year! Cool, crisp, dry Fall weather......it brings me back to life. :D
I would have liked to have gone to a 10-mile race this morning( sent my team though), but have to go to work a little later ........so opted to go for an early hard workout, then relax while roasting up a batch of coffee. Go in an get some work done, then hopefully get to watch the Bama/ Auburn game this afternoon. .....did I mention I LOVE this time of year??
