Call for the Prayers of the faithful

Dear Friends and Guests,

The day is almost come, indeed it might be this very day, when our esteemed host and hostess, Charlie and Dalia, see the birth of their baby son into the light.

I ask for the prayers of the faithful for them.

Please pray for Dalia, for her strength, safety, comfort and especially for an easy delivery of that life that for now rests within her. May she know confidence and peace during this time.

Please pray for Charlie, who like all fathers waits on this birth with hope and excitement and that certain feeling of helplessness while his beloved makes this journey that he can only watch.

Especially please pray for the babe that now is nourished and protected, safe within its mother's womb, preparing for its journey into the light. Pray that it comes in to the arms of its mother and father with the perfection and beauty all parents hope for.

And for me, I will ask my Lord to send angels to be there, to protect mother and babe, to strengthen the father, and to guide the hands of those who care for mother and babe and must try to keep Charlie calm.
