Hello and Introduction

Hello everyone, I think of myself as a rebel, but I must not be one as I am following the directions to post this greeting...so perhaps a passive rebel..is that an oxymoron? If I may borrow some imagery from this site....I wear one hat as a business guy selling flavors to the food industry, and another hat as a bit of a writer and thinker, though not always in that order. I am medium old, which will mean different things to different people. I spent far too many years in school, so I sort of missed the 80's. If any of you can fill me in, it would be appreciated. That is, beyond the big hair, junk bonds, and techno bands..that much I am aware of. Just to keep things somewhat along the hat line...I like them but have never thought I looked good in them.. Of course, that could change if I wore the right one..but it hasn't happened quite yet. I look forward to meeting whoever wishes to, and I am just plain happy to be here. Cheers.
